The SI8423BB-D-IS is a high performance, low power 3-Phase bridge driver. It has three power stages that can be individually turned on or off. The device provides output voltage regulation, protection and fault monitoring for an off-line flyback converter using a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller to regulate the input voltage.

SI8423BB-D-IS is a 16-bit, 5V, 40 MHz CMOS digital signal processor with on board memories, peripherals and general purpose input/outputs. It can be used in multiple market segments such as automotive, industrial automation, home appliance control and wireless communications.
